    We invite you to join us every 2nd Tuesday of the month (some exceptions - check calendar) for an evening of Meditation and let the worries of the day evaporate into a world of peaceful calm.  By allowing the mind to settle you let go of resistant thoughts, allowing you to come back into alignment with joy and wellbeing.  Meditation is beneficial for many things including:
