When most people think of grief, they think of losing someone they love. But during midlife, many women find themselves grieving things that are much harder to explain. The loss of a relationship, children leaving home, retirement, changing roles, aging parents, health changes, or simply realizing life looks very different than they imagined. It’s a season filled with endings, and those endings can leave you wondering who you are now.
This kind of grief is often invisible. Friends and family may not recognize what you’re carrying because, from the outside, life appears to be moving forward. Yet inside, you may feel disconnected, uncertain, or like you’ve somehow lost yourself along the way. Having someone who understands this stage of life can make all the difference. Coaching provides a safe, supportive place to process what you’re experiencing, make sense of the emotions that arise, and begin discovering what this next chapter is asking of you.
My approach isn’t about fixing you or telling you who to become. When we work together, we’ll explore the beliefs, roles, and expectations that have shaped your life, reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been forgotten, and create space for new possibilities to emerge. Midlife isn’t simply about letting go of what was—it’s also about remembering who you are beneath everything life has asked you to carry. If you’re ready to move through this season with greater clarity, self-compassion, and
purpose, I’d be honored to walk beside you.
